The Bon Ton prides itself on selling the finest Alberta Beef available. We support as many local Alberta producers as possible.
All Beef sold at The Bon Ton is Federally Inspected Alberta AAA. We age everything a minimum of 21 days to ensure maximum flavor and tenderness. Our trim standard is second to none as we have a “you eat what you pay for” policy, excluding bone in products of course.
As far as variety is concerned, we only display certain cuts, but we stock everything. Please feel free to ask us to cut whatever you want and we will be pleased to cater to your every request.
