Pork
All of our Pork and Pork products are Federally Inspected, purchased from Alberta suppliers and all cuts are available at all times.
Although we only display certain cuts, please feel free to ask for anything you require as we do stock all cuts of Pork. Boneless and Bone In Legs, Boneless and Bone In Butts, St. Louis Side Ribs, Side Pork , Jowls, Feet, Hocks, Crown Roasts and Racks of Pork are always available so feel free to ask for anything you require and we will be pleased to prepare it to your specific needs.
BarBQ Hogs and the Roasters are also available at all times. Please give us as much notice as possible to enable us to get the size you require for your function.
